MOUNTAIN LANDING LTD.

Our staff at Mountain Landing Suites & RV Park takes the current virus situation very seriously. We have reviewed guidelines put out by the CDC but want to assure our guests that we have always taken steps to ensure the health and safety of our visitors. However, as new information becomes available on any newer techniques to heighten the safety and well-being of our guests, rest assured that we will implement them.

Mountain Landing Suites has a very unique set up as so many of our returning guests know. Only four suites are in each building, each with a dedicated entrance so no other contact is necessary accept in the office, laundry room or in the spa and recreation room, the last being optional. Our staff takes particular care in those areas, cleaning doorknobs and surfaces daily. To ease some of the concerns of those planning to visit, we are offering a more lenient cancellation policy for reservations through the months of March and April. There will be no cancellation penalty if the reservation is cancelled by 10 am on the day of arrival.

Mountain Landing RV Park will open as planned in April. RV’s are likely the safest environment of all for visitors as they can be totally self-contained. The public areas like the bath houses and laundry facility will continue to be maintained at the same high level our returning guests have come to expect, with the addition of any new techniques as they become available in the future.

We will continue to closely monitor the current situation, seeking and heeding the most up-to-date expert guidance. We also want to reiterate the importance of the daily practice of preventative actions including hand washing and the use of sanitizing wipes. Although surgical masks have been proven to have little use to the wearer, their use is optional. We encourage guests to keep a supply of the wipes on hand as they are in short supply. As most already know, the elderly are at greater risk along with anyone (age) with a comprised immune system, or a history of heavy smoking, vaping or other serious underlying medical issues.

We remain steadfast in providing our guests “your home away from home” along with the safety and precautions you would take with your own family as we consider all visitors “part of the family”. Enjoy the outdoors, still one of the safest environments.
